Construction Management (EPCM)

We provide project management with three main aims: to construct our clients’ projects on time, on cost and on specification. We do this by providing project management and monitoring throughout the construction phase: → administer contracts → act as the project interface, → supervising construction → Managing specifications. → Local authorities’ interface We also recognize that community liaison and the establishing of good relationships during the construction phase are vital. We can provide further support by managing events to engage with local businesses, develop and maintain relationships with community councils and local community groups and the negotiation of community benefit agreements (post consent). → Connecting to the Power grid and grid operator interface In order to connect a project to the transmission system, studies are conducted by the local utility to determine if the existing transmission infrastructure can support additional electricity generation. In some cases, equipment upgrades on the system may be required before the project can be constructed. Once the studies and any necessary upgrades are complete, an interconnection agreement with the local utility is put in place to allow the project connect and transmit power to the electricity grid.
